TROJAN SUPPORT has no affiliation with any of these third-party companies unless such relationship is expressly specified.The use of any third party trademarks, logos, or brand names is for informational purposes only, and does not imply an endorsement by TROJAN SUPPORT or vice versa or that such trademark owner has authorized TROJAN SUPPORT to promote its products or services.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.

Refund and Cancellation Policy -
Services against any Plan Order will be available once you have made payment for Services according to the requirements of the corresponding Plan Order. As TROJAN SOLUTION has no obligation to render Services under any Service Plan if the payments as required under any Plan Order have not been so made.
If you choose to cancel your support service, you will need to contact our Billing Department for a refund. You can contact them at +1-888-502-7281. You can also contact us at support@TROJANSUPPORT.COM
Please be advised that for subscription plans, service fee of $49.99 per resolved incident and cancellation fees of $29.99 to apply. If we cannot resolve your initial issue, then you will receive the appropriate reimbursement from our Billing Department.
For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met: 
1. You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved by  TROJAN SOLUTION team. 
2. 30 days have not passed after the issue was last resolved by TROJAN SOLUTION team 
If your subscription plan included any software, the price of the software will not be refunded in case of cancellation of service.
